Pre-Consultation
The first step is to get to know each other.  I’ll ask you to complete a questionnaire which asks you about your goals for the session, your personal style, and how you plan to display your images.  I want to get to know you and your family’s personality.  This will help me to suggest ideas for your session.  I review the questionnaire and then you’ll have the option to come into the studio or have a phone consultation before your session.  Together, we will plan your session and go over details about location, props, and what to wear.  These pre-planning steps helps us to create the perfect images for you and your family.

The Session
Sessions are natural, relaxed, and fun.  I will guide you into natural poses like dancing, laughing, hugging, etc.  My aim is to integrate myself seamlessly into your session to bring out the best in everyone.  My goal is to create an atmosphere in which we can capture beautiful, authentic moments that shine through your pictures.

After The Session
Within 3 weeks of your session, we will schedule a time to view and order your images.  This is when I debut your images for the first time.  Your images have been narrowed down to an expert selection of the best from your session.  I will reveal 20-25 professionally edited images, then help you sort through your images to make final decisions on the specialty products you plan to purchase.  You’ll be shown samples of wall art and albums to help you decide the products to use to showcase your images.

Product Delivery
Once payment is received, your prints and artwork will be ordered.  They can take up to 2-4 weeks for delivery and longer for canvases, framed art, or heirloom albums.  We’ll call you when they’re ready and we’ll make arrangements for pick up.  Your images will be archived for a minimum of 12 months.
